How often should VCT floors be stripped and waxed?
Most VCT floors need a full strip-and-wax annually, with monthly or quarterly burnishing in between to maintain the gloss. High-traffic areas like retail entryways may need a 6-month cycle. We’ll build a program tailored to your traffic and finish goals.
Can you work after hours so we don’t close?
Yes — most commercial floor work is done nights or weekends so business isn’t interrupted. Overnight strip-and-wax jobs are our standard.
Do you clean tile grout that’s been neglected for years?
Yes. Deep tile-and-grout cleaning with truck-mounted extraction usually restores grout lines to close to their original color, even after years of soap and dirt build-up. For very old grout, we can also color-seal after cleaning.
Do you use eco-friendly / low-VOC products?
Yes. Ask about our green-certified strippers and finishes for schools, medical, and food-service environments.
Can you save my LVP or is it too far gone?
Nine times out of ten, yes. Most cloudiness or dullness on LVP is a chemistry residue that can be removed with the right neutral cleaner and technique — not a sign the floor is worn out. Ask us to take a look.
