Post-construction cleaning isn’t janitorial work — it’s a specialty. Fine drywall dust in every crevice, adhesive residue on new floors, paint overspray on hardware, sticker residue on windows. We know the scope because we’ve done it for two decades on Villages new-builds.

Interior Final Clean
The turnover clean. Every surface wiped, floors detailed, cabinets and drawers wiped inside and out, windows tracked, appliances de-stickered and cleaned, fixtures polished. Ready for punch-out and homeowner walk.

Window & Track Cleaning
Sticker residue, adhesive haze, paint overspray, construction dust in tracks — all of it. Interior and exterior. Consistent streak-free finish edge to edge.

Floor Care & Restoration
Tile & grout deep-clean, LVP / vinyl plank wipe-down, hardwood finish protection, carpet extraction. Whatever surface the builder specified, we finish it correctly.

Exterior & Post-Wash
Pressure wash of driveway, walkway, and lanai after trades finish. Removal of paint drips, mortar splatter, and stucco dust. Site-ready presentation.

How much does post-construction cleaning cost?
Interior turnover cleaning is typically $0.35–$0.60/sqft depending on scope, floor mix, and how many trades have to be re-worked around. Add-ons like window tracks, cabinet interiors, and exterior pressure wash are quoted per job. We provide written scopes on every job over $500.
Are you a Villages-approved subcontractor?
Yes — approved and active in The Villages contractor payables system for over two decades. Ask us about our history and references with specific Villages GCs.
Can you hit tight closing deadlines?
Yes. Most of our post-construction work is scheduled 24–72 hours before a scheduled walk or closing. We staff jobs to hit the date, including nights and weekends when needed.
Do you provide COI and additional-insured endorsements?
Yes — carried through Auto-Owners Insurance (A+ Superior). Blanket additional insured endorsement is standard and a certificate of insurance is issued within one business day of request.
Do you handle warranty callbacks?
Yes — we regularly re-clean after warranty trades or homeowner-noted items. Same crews, so nothing is lost in translation between the original clean and the re-visit.

All of them — drywall, paint, tile, flooring, cabinets, trim, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and stucco. We’ve seen every material and every mess a new-build produces.
